As part of one of the top research universities in the United States, researchers at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry are contributing to cutting-edge dental technologies and therapies, which sets us apart as national as well as international health care leaders.
Much of this research takes place within our Department of Oral Immunology & Infectious Diseases (OIID), which is home to about a dozen full-time faculty and over 50 dedicated staff, students and post-doctoral fellows.
