How to Apply

The Masters in Science in Oral Biology (MSOB) degree is a Graduate School program.  The application process is described in the MS Oral Biology Program Guide. Applications are only accepted for the Fall of the academic year.

All Graduate school applications must be submitted online and must be accompanied by a $65.00 non-refundable application fee.

1. Online:
   • Graduate School application and $65 fee, http://graduate.louisville.edu
2. Send to Graduate Admissions:
   • Undergraduate Transcript *
   • Graduate Transcript*
   • Test scores
     • GRE - Graduate Record Examination or
     • DAT/NB-Dental Admissions Test or National Boards
     • TOEFL - Test of English as a Foreign Language (if applicable)
   • Two letters of recommendation (forms available online)
   • Personal Statement (must be signed)

Application deadline is June 1st for the Fall Semester
